Born and raised in Bangkok, Vichaya (Vic) has always had a deep passion for cooking. He grew up with cherished family recipes, lovingly passed down from his grandmother to his mother, and then to him. With a desire to share the rich tradition of authentic Thai cuisine, he launched Thaiwai—his first restaurant project. It was created with a mission to bring genuine Thai flavors, crafted with care and variety, to the U.S.
